License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DecoreIA for your own use.
Your content
You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them only to provide your results. You confirm you have the rights to any photo you upload.
AI-generated content
Results are generated by artificial intelligence, provided "as is". Output may vary and is intended for inspiration and visualization, not as an exact architectural or engineering plan.
Diamonds & purchases
Diamonds are a virtual, in-app currency with no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically through the App Store until cancelled; manage or cancel them in your device's subscription settings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app for illegal purposes, upload content you do not have the rights to, or attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, EKZ Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
