DecoreIA ("we", "us", "our") is operated by EKZ Apps. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using DecoreIA you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name and email address (via email sign-up or Apple/Google Sign-In) and a unique user ID.
- Content you provide — photos of rooms and objects you upload, used to generate your designs, videos and 3D results.
- Purchases — records of subscriptions and in-app purchases (processed by Apple/RevenueCat; we never receive your card details).
- Usage data — which features you use and how you interact with the app, for analytics and to improve the service.
- Device and advertising identifiers — a device identifier and advertising data, used to show and measure ads (see "Advertising" below).
How we use your data
- To provide the app and generate your results.
- To manage your account, wallet (diamonds) and purchases.
- For analytics, to improve and secure the service.
- To show and measure advertising.
Advertising
DecoreIA may display advertising. Our advertising partners may collect a device identifier and advertising data to show and measure relevant ads. On iOS, we ask for your permission before tracking (App Tracking Transparency); you can decline, and you can reset your advertising identifier in your device settings at any time.
Third-party services
We share the minimum necessary data with trusted providers to run the app:
- Supabase — authentication, database and storage.
- Replicate — AI models that process your photos to generate results.
- RevenueCat & Apple — purchases and subscriptions.
- Apple & Google — sign-in.
- Advertising networks — to display and measure ads.
We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention
Free-plan media is automatically deleted after 12 hours. Paid-plan media is stored while your account is active. You can delete your content or account at any time.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your personal data. To request deletion of your account and data, email us at suporte@decoreia.com.
Children
DecoreIA is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data.
Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
